The following policies apply to red giant experiences rage rooms, splatter rooms, and axe throwing. for escape room policies, please follow this link.
REFUNDS, cancellations, & split bookings
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Red Giant does not offer any refunds, cancellations, or split bookings for any reason. Please account for weather, emergencies, traffic, or any other factor that could impact your prompt arrival at your booking. A split booking is when you want to use a portion of your booked admissions with the original booking and a portion of the admissions at a later date. If you are unsure of the total number of attendees, we suggest booking for the minimum quantity for your experience and then add others on at the time of your arrival.
RESCHEDULING
Free unlimited rescheduling is offered for all Red Giant experiences when done before the day of your booking by 10 pm. Monday bookings must be rescheduled by the previous Saturday by 10 pm. Specialty bookings must be rescheduled 2 days before the booked day by 10 pm. You may call, email, or text us to reschedule your bookings (info@redgiantexperiences.com, 801-753-8601). Texting is preferred and the quickest way to get a response. To reschedule, you must send us your current booking information (experience, date, time, and name), and when you would like to reschedule, including the day, time, and if there is a change in experience. If you do not know when you would like to reschedule, we will move your experience date out 4 months from the current date, as a placeholder date, and you must reschedule before that placeholder date arrives.
SAMEDAy rescheduling
A $25 fee is incurred for each experience when rescheduling the same day for rage rooms, splatter rooms, and axe throwing. A $50 fee is incurred for each experience when rescheduling within 1 hour of your experience start time. Once your start time has arrived, you can no longer reschedule, even with a fee, and must show up or lose your booking.
ARRIVAL TIME & TIME DEDUCTIONS
YOU MUST ARRIVE AT ANY EXPERIENCE 20 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR BOOKED TIME WITH YOUR ENTIRE GROUP. This is your arrival time. Arriving after your 20-minute arrival time can lead to a time deduction from your allotted time for your experience. We will do everything we can to give you your full time, but it is not guaranteed unless you arrive with your entire group at your arrival time. Filling out your waivers beforehand can help with not deducting time, but it does not guarantee it.
WAIVERS
Waivers are required for every experience each time you visit Red Giant Experiences. An adult is required to fill out a waiver(s) for minors, even if the adult is not participating. Waivers can be filled out and completed before arrival. You will need to choose the experience, day, and time of your experience with accurate information for it to be accepted.
PRIVATE EXPERIENCES
All experiences are private.
EXPERIENCE LISTINGS
Each experience has specific parameters, guidelines, and restrictions that, by booking that experience, you agree to. Please make sure to read all of that information carefully by clicking on the Information page of that experience before booking.
REsRVATIONS
Reservations are required in advance. We allow bookings to be made up to 1 hour before the start of an experience and up to 3 months in advance. Although it is not suggested, we will try to accommodate walk-ins as best as possible, but this will only be possible if another booking is occurring around the same time. This ensures a host will be onsite, as they are only onsite if there is a reservation previously made.
Food & DRINKS
We offer delicious food options, including chicken strips, wings(GF), cheese fries (GF), and cheese tots (GF). You can also purchase large candies, Coke fountain drinks, and also ice cream floats and freezes in multiple flavors. You are also welcome to bring your own food and drinks for your event, although they are not allowed inside the experience rooms. We have table and chairs in the common area that can be used.
Large groups & corporate events
Red Giant can accommodate large groups, do full-facility rentals, and customize start times and experiences. Please follow this LINK for more information.
Exceptions
Red Giant can make exceptions from time to time on a case-by-case basis on various things such as start times, minimum required attendance, maximum occupancy, age restrictions, and possibly other factors. Please call us with any questions you have, and we will do our best to accommodate you and your needs.
Changes to our policies
We reserve the right to change our policies at any time. We will update our online policies as quickly as possible. Updated new policies will be the standard, even if not posted online. Please call us to verify any policies.
